Sierra Pacific Sales & Consulting offers architects, distributors, and end-users a variety of services and options within each service for all phases of project development. Rates are based on the time required and the products and services utilized. Please call for a no-obligation price quotation. Our comprehensive services include the following:

Specification Writing

We offer specification writing assistance for all of the manufacturers we represent. This service is free so long as the specification lists our manufacturers as primary. Submittal review is included to ensure the project is supplied as specified.

Specification Writing and Review

An independent, fee-based specification service also is available. Services include LEED assistance, project meetings, specification preamble, hardware schedules, submittal review, punch list, and final approvals.

Project Consultation

We provide project-design consulting as it relates to premium, security, and specialty Division 8 and Division 10 products manufactured in North America and Europe. This service is available at your office or on location at the job site.

Facility Evaluations

Consultants are available to visit and evaluate existing project job sites that include office buildings, residence halls, military sites, and medical facilities. We can check for code and fire door compliance, specification and LEED adherence, final inspection details, special hardware applications, and offline and online access-control capabilities.

Residence Hall Access-Control Systems

We can specify access-control systems or expand existing systems for schools, colleges and universities, military facilities, and medical facilities such as assisted-living sites, hospitals, and clinics. When evaluating access-control systems, there are many options to consider. Because technology is always evolving and product capabilities vary from one manufacturer to another, it is important to have a performance specification. We will analyze your objectives and assist you in creating this specification. We also can assist you in writing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the manufacturers and analyze the results for both. These services can save your facility a substantial amount of time and money.
